At  hemophilia welfare foundation, our aim is to support anyone affected by hemophilia – be it patients, carers or other like-minded support groups. In order to offer this support, we need all the help we can get, so whether you’re an individual, a business, a therapist or a member of the medical community, you can help make a difference at hemophilia welfare foundation..

Desk Volunteers:

hemophilia welfare foundation relies on the support we get from our volunteers.  Anyone who can give us 1-3 hours of their time per week can help out.  You don’t have to have any specific skills or qualifications; all we ask is that our volunteers are enthusiastic about our cause and dedicated to our patients.

hemophilia welfare foundation aims to provide much more than free treatments and support to hemophilia patients; we want to raise awareness of hemophilia in Kenya, build the capacity of all those involved in the hemophilia field, and establish ourselves as a knowledge hub on hemophilia information. You can help out by:

  • Spreading the word - telling people about the work we do will help us get the support and recognition we need to reach out to those affected by hemophilia or working in hemophilia-related professions
  • Attend events at hemophilia welfare foundation and let us know you are interested in our work
